About the role

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling both mechanical and electrical components and systems, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Quality Inspection: Perform visual and dimensional inspections of assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve assembly issues, working closely with the engineering and quality teams to implement corrective actions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, inspection results, and any modifications or adjustments made during assembly.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on assembly tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Experience in Electrical/Electronics Assembly: Demonstrated experience in assembling electrical and electronic components is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Certification in electro-mechanical assembly or related fields is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent
technical or vocational training in electro-mechanical assembly is preferred.

Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment to assemble and test products.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Certifications: Certification in electro-mechanical assembly or related fields is a plus.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems and basic computer skills.
