Responsibilities

  • Your work will help build stronger, more sustainable communities-ensuring reliable access to clean water and improved environmental outcomes.
  • Support design efforts for water, wastewater, and recycled water treatment and conveyance systems.
  • Perform engineering calculations, site layout, hydraulic modeling, and preparation of technical documents.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across technical deliverables while supporting client goals and project timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant engineering experience in water, wastewater, or recycled water infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Utah DEQ/DWQ standards and permitting processes is advantageous.
  • Experience with software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • EIT certification is required
  • PE licensure or the ability to obtain it within one year is strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • Company match of 100% on the first 6% of your salary, with immediate eligibility.
