Responsibilities
- Department Management: Lead, mentor, and oversee the legal department, ensuring high-quality work product and professional development.
- Litigation & Transactions: Oversee critical company transactions and manage litigation matters, including the oversight of outside counsel strategy and budgets.
- Licensing and Accreditation Management: Help oversee and manage the portfolio of accreditations and pharmacy licenses across all operating jurisdictions and coordinate responses to inquiries, audits, and inspections.
- General Counsel Support: Serve as a trusted partner to the General Counsel, helping prioritize and manage the legal department's workload, including in launching new products and in new territories.

Requirements
- Operations: Proven experience managing regulatory inquiries and compliance frameworks within a
- Education & Experience
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with an active bar membership.
- Specialization: Deep experience of healthcare regulatory laws and compliance, such as state and
- federal pharmacy laws, e-commerce regulations, telehealth, corporate practice of medicine, and
- privacy.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of legal regulatory or compliance experience, ideally in the telehealth /
- compounding pharmacy space.
