About the role
- Our Sage Intacct Consultant will have very strong knowledge of the Sage Intacct application and will work alongside a team of laser-focused professionals who are dedicated to delivering a world-class experience to our clients.
- Strategically guide clients through the software implementation process
- As the Subject Matter Expert on the solution, provide guidance and direction to both internal implementation team and client implementation team
Responsibilities
- Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, UAT testing
- Deliver insightful and engaging training sessions via phone, web, or in-person
- Provide prompt, exceptional customer service and support
- Create and update Statements of Work
- Lead configuration sessions with clients
Requirements
- Skills and Expertise
Skills
- Hold a bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Have in-depth manufacturing/distribution or accounting/finance experience
- Experienced with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience is a plus
- Demonstrate ability to juggle multiple projects successfully, while meeting deadlines
- Outstanding organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills required
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal, customer service, decision-making, and analytical abilities
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and proficiency with CRM tools
- Ability to travel, as needed.
- Be passionate about ERP consulting and software
- Exhibit a high level of personal accountability
- Have an innate curiosity that will allow you to provide complex solutions to complex customer challenges
