About the role

- The Business Operations Advisor role is responsible for supporting customers and colleagues with material/documentation and order status.
- The role will report directly to the Sr.
Requirements
- B achelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, or 3 years of relevant experience
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP preferred or previous experience with other ERP systems
Compensation
- $75,000-$80,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role

- P rovide quotations, r eview purchase orders, and provide feedback to customers within 24 hours.
- Provide customers with necessary documentation which is created by the Engineering and Quality Departments (Installation, Schematic and Piping and Diagram Drawings along with Product Manuals, Specification, Quality Documentation Packages).
- Investigate an d respond to requests for expediting shipments from Customers, Sales and Product Management.
- Foster and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. Effectively collaborate with Sales, Planning, Production, Logistics and other cross-functional areas to ensure critical customer needs are met.
