About the role

The Senior Director of IT Operations & Digital Resilience will be the primary architect of our internal technology experience and operational stability.
Your mission is to ensure a seamless "always-on" employee experience while maintaining a rigorous security and compliance posture across our global footprint.
Act as the primary advocate for the "Employee Experience," using technology to reduce friction in the daily workflow

Direct the global IT Helpdesk and a specialized VIP Support tier, ensuring white-glove service for executive leadership
Own the global network stack, ensuring seamless VPN, SD-WAN, and office-based connectivity
Align operational workflows with corporate security policies to ensure "security by design" in IT Ops
Manage offshore vendor relationships (BPO/MSP), ensuring third-party delivery meets internal quality and security standards
Manage a multi-million dollar budget encompassing hardware, software licensing, and managed service contracts
