About the role

Answer and process messages from 180 to 300 drivers using our operating systems, driver telematics and phone communication. - Monitor Assigned, Pre-Assigned, Committed, and Late load status.

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration with an emphasis in Transportation/Logistics, Management, Marketing OR equivalent experience preferred.
Six months to one year previous dispatch experience preferred.
Mid-range computer experience preferred.

Perform various duties as needed, i.e., copying, calling customers for directions and late loads, retrieving directions from internet, etc.
