Responsibilities
- Our global employees support 65 percent of the Fortune 500, 50 percent of the Global 2000, and large government agencies.
- We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together!
- Partner on the Emergency Response Playbook for scenarios that require fast, coordinated HR action
- Lead Talent Assessments for Senior Manager and above roles in your geography
- Collaborate with global Talent Management to build manager capability and accelerate team development
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 6 in a management or people leader capacity
- Proven track record partnering with and coaching VPs and senior business leaders in a global company
- Working knowledge of employment law and customs in your assigned geography
Nice to have
- BA/BS in HR or a related field (preferred)
Compensation
- Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
- $130,000 - $173,333.33 USD
