About the role

  • You assess OEM purchase opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations on buy, hold, and defleet decisions based on profitability, fleet demand, residual values, and market conditions
  • You analyze fleet holding costs, lifecycle margins, and remarketing performance to identify opportunities that improve profitability and operational efficiency
  • You provide Regional Fleet Strategists and senior leadership with accurate financial forecasts, planning assumptions, and strategic insights that guide fleet investment decisions across the U.S. and Canada

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will help drive critical fleet investment decisions across North America by evaluating vehicle acquisition opportunities, optimizing lifecycle profitability, and supporting the evolution of AI-enabled fleet planning.
  • Your analysis will directly influence how SIXT acquires, manages, and maximizes the value of one of the industry's most dynamic vehicle fleets.
  • You develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term fleet plans by vehicle category, model year, and region, ensuring acquisition and defleet strategies are aligned to maximize total lifecycle value

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field required.
  • 4+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, or another highly quantitative environment
  • Ability to evaluate complex business trade-offs, identify opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations that influence acquisition, fleet planning, and profitability decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Technology & AI Mindset - Comfortable leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or analytical tools is a plus
