About the role

You assess OEM purchase opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations on buy, hold, and defleet decisions based on profitability, fleet demand, residual values, and market conditions
You analyze fleet holding costs, lifecycle margins, and remarketing performance to identify opportunities that improve profitability and operational efficiency
You provide Regional Fleet Strategists and senior leadership with accurate financial forecasts, planning assumptions, and strategic insights that guide fleet investment decisions across the U.S. and Canada

In this role, you will help drive critical fleet investment decisions across North America by evaluating vehicle acquisition opportunities, optimizing lifecycle profitability, and supporting the evolution of AI-enabled fleet planning.
Your analysis will directly influence how SIXT acquires, manages, and maximizes the value of one of the industry's most dynamic vehicle fleets.
You develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term fleet plans by vehicle category, model year, and region, ensuring acquisition and defleet strategies are aligned to maximize total lifecycle value

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field required.
4+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, or another highly quantitative environment
Ability to evaluate complex business trade-offs, identify opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations that influence acquisition, fleet planning, and profitability decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders

MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Technology & AI Mindset - Comfortable leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
Experience with SQL, Python, or analytical tools is a plus
