Responsibilities
- Product Quality and Delivery: Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, strong acceptance criteria, and high-quality launches..
- Payments Experience: Lead the end-to-end payments experience across Ripple payouts, crafting capabilities that balance customer experience, conversion, and regulatory controls.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead high-impact initiatives and align collaborators across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, and Operations
- remove blockers and drive decisions.
- Collaborator Management and Influence: Deliver concise, committed communication to ensure alignment and drive outcomes.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead high-impact initiatives and align collaborators across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, and Operations; remove blockers and drive decisions.

Compensation

- $248,000 - $300,000 USD
