Responsibilities
- Support Enterprise Projects
- Maintain project plans, schedules, action items, and key documentation
- Drive Execution and Organization
- Maintain project reporting, dashboards, and status updates
- Support project governance processes and documentation standards
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Help create visibility and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
- Support stakeholder meetings and progress reviews
- Build strong working relationships through consistent communication and follow-through

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management methodologies
- Experience supporting technology, software, or business transformation projects
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business operations, technology delivery, or related roles
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms
- CAPM certification or interest in pursuing PMP/CAPM certification
- Enjoys bringing structure and organization to complex work
- Takes ownership and follows through on commitments
- Communicates effectively with a variety of stakeholders
