About the role
- Company Description Block, Inc. is a looking for a full-time, Technical Recruiter to join our talented team.
- Block, Inc. is an emerging agency of 45+ highly skilled individuals working together to simplify the digital healthcare app scene.
- Our clients include: University of Michigan Health System, Cleveland Clinic, UCLA Medical Center, Los Angeles and Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of ATS system (Greenhouse preferable).
- General knowledge of coding language and terminology.
- Teamwork mentality and the ability to work with many members of the team at different points in the recruitment process.
Skills
- Use recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, search engines to source, identify, screen and qualify ideal candidates.
- Stay up to date with the latest in recruiting trends and news to help candidates remain ahead of the curve.
- Track recruiting metrics to improve efficiency.
Compensation
- Salary range - $75,000-$90,000/annually
