About the role

  • The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients and their intermediaries.
  • This role focuses on client retention, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • The Account Manager acts as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs, providing solutions, and helping them maximize the value of Coface products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries through regular communication.
  • Develop and execute account plans to support client retention and growth.
  • Manage renewals and maintain profitable client relationships.
  • Work closely with Sales, Underwriting, the SSC, and other internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage multiple accounts and projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators metrics and develop action plans when needed.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client questions and concerns.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate Coface solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients within Coface.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, goals, and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional Coface products and solutions.
  • Prepare and present renewal proposals and business recommendations.
  • Ensure client information and contractual documentation remain accurate and up to date.
