About the role
- Resource Innovations is seeking a Home Energy Assessor to join our growing team in Michigan.
- In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality in-home energy audits and ensuring quality control for a residential natural gas energy efficiency program.
- Your oversight will extend to residential weatherization, HVAC, and water heating installation inspections, as you review QA/QC findings to ensure program integrity.
Responsibilities
- Working with partners to identify and implement effective solutions based on audit findings and client feedback will be key to your success.
- Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Resource Innovations' program solutions.
- Strong leadership skills, a focus on team building and customer service, and knowledge of relevant standards and practices are essential.
- Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges.
Requirements
- If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.
Compensation
- The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $61,000 - $85,000.
- In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
- The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
- Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
