About the role

Resource Innovations is seeking a Home Energy Assessor to join our growing team in Michigan.
In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality in-home energy audits and ensuring quality control for a residential natural gas energy efficiency program.
Your oversight will extend to residential weatherization, HVAC, and water heating installation inspections, as you review QA/QC findings to ensure program integrity.

Working with partners to identify and implement effective solutions based on audit findings and client feedback will be key to your success.
Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Resource Innovations' program solutions.
Strong leadership skills, a focus on team building and customer service, and knowledge of relevant standards and practices are essential.
Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges.

If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.

The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $61,000 - $85,000.
In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
