About the role

This role ensures production activities meet operational, quality, and safety standards.
The position requires hands-on involvement in daily plant operations and close attention to process conditions and documentation.

Adjust operating conditions within approved limits to maintain performance and product quality standards.
Perform product handling, packaging, sampling, and general labor tasks to support production activities.
The Production Operator supports manufacturing operations by operating process equipment, producing and packaging products, and maintaining safe and efficient workflows.

Ability to read, understand, and follow written batch sheets, procedures, and work instructions.
0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including a full-face respirator.
Obtain, record, and document processing data and production results as required.

Experience operating industrial or chemical process equipment.
Forklift or pallet jack operation experience.
Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices and hazard awareness.
Experience participating in team-based or continuous improvement activities.
