About the role

Responsibilities

  • As a Content Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our web content initiatives while building your expertise and collaborating with different professionals through the company.
  • In this role, you will help shape and maintain our organization's cloud-based audit software presence by assisting with content creation, proofreading, and basic project coordination, with a strong focus on aligning content with auditing principles and standards.
  • This includes a willingness to learn, experiment with, and help develop AI-driven solutions that enhance workflows and content management capabilities.
  • The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, and the capacity to deliver quality work under tight deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Communications, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience in auditing, with a strong understanding of auditing methodologies, controls, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • ability to draft clear, concise content and review for grammar, clarity, and consistency
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust output based on business needs and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Compensation

  • $43,900.00 - $75,250.00 USD
  • Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.
  • Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
  • A primary responsibility includes working with marked-up Word documents to annotate and transform content into dynamic forms within designated titles, managing approximately 20 titles per year.
