- The Commercial Banking Specialist provides support to a team of commercial calling officers and portfolio managers that service diverse and complex commercial relationships.
- The position will also interact with customers on a daily basis regarding service and support issues with a resulting high level of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as primary contact for loan portfolio issues and provide support to middle and upper level department colleagues
- Assist with the preparation of closing documentation, including complex and legally prepared documents
- Maintain routine customer correspondence, filing and other departmental documentation
- Deliver client support by coordinating meeting and event logistics and performing administrative tasks that maintain an efficient, client-focused office environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- 2+ years banking experience required
Compensation
- Hourly: $29.35 - $39.35 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
