Responsibilities
- Own and professionalize Teleo's full-stack platform.
- Define and enforce engineering standards: API design, code quality, testing, CI/CD, and deployment practices for all full-stack work
- Build and maintain backend services in Python and Node.js on AWS (Lambda, EC2, DynamoDB, S3, Cognito)
- Develop responsive frontend experiences in React with TypeScript
Skills
- Consolidate and harden a landscape of full-stack applications into maintainable, well-tested production services
- Unify fragmented internal tools and customer-facing products into a cohesive, production-grade stack.
- Establish engineering standards for web and cloud development across the company and scale the platform as the business grows.
- Manage cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or CDK)
