Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose technical solutions that support future-state operating models.
- Own the end-to-end architecture and integration design across SAP/Oracle ERP, IBM Maximo, and the enterprise integration platform.
- Lead the design of enterprise data models for shared domains such as assets, financials, vendors, and inventory.
- Lead the technical delivery of ERP and EAM platforms, including environments, configuration oversight, integration build, and deployment.
- Oversee System Integrators (SIs) and delivery partners to ensure: Adherence to architecture and design standards Delivery aligned with defined scope and timelines High-quality, maintainable system implementations Establish and enforce delivery governance, quality gates, and technical assurance processes.
- Lead the implementation and evolution of AltaLink's enterprise integration platform, enabling modular, low-complexity system connectivity.
- Partner with Business Transformation leadership to ensure alignment between business processes, requirements, and technical design.
- Support business decision-making by providing clear, risk-informed technical guidance and trade-offs.
- Ensure all platform designs and implementations meet regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements, including those associated with GTA submissions, ARS-CIP and ISMS.
- Coordinate with Business Transformation to provide integrated readiness and release planning Support the development of defensible, transparent technology decisions aligned with AltaLink's regulatory obligations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related discipline
- an MBA or Master's degree is an asset
- 15+ years of enterprise technology experience, including leading system modernization initiatives in partnership with business transformation
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports, including performance management, coaching, and accountability for team delivery outcomes
