About the role

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role and the single owner of retail communications, so it's built for a strong writer and organized project manager who likes being the go-to for keeping a large field organization connected.

You build trust quickly and partner easily across teams, with a collaborative, people-first approach.

5+ years in retail, field or internal communications, with a strong preference for retail or field environments.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a track record of clear, consistent content for different audiences.
Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher).

3+ years partnering with senior leaders, field leaders and cross-functional teams on communication planning and execution.
Experience supporting a multi-unit retail or field organization.
Familiarity with project management and digital content or resource-management tools.

Keep SharePoint, store resources and reference materials organized and current so field teams can always find what they need.
Spot communication gaps and risks early, and streamline how messages get created and shared to keep things consistent across the division.
Act as a customer liaison-tracking feedback and coordinating quick, timely responses to service issues and inquiries.
