About the role

This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader.

Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for assigned partners; maintain regular partner check-ins; build trusted operational relationships with partner delivery leaders.
Partner Tiering and Cadence: Align communication cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) based on partner maturity, delivery capacity, and project activity.
Project Oversight and Governance: Monitor active partner-led implementations; track project progression, risks, and completion status; ensure concerns are surfaced before they become customer-impacting.
Sales-to-Implementation Coordination: Coordinate issues between FloQast sales and partner delivery teams; ensure handoff materials are complete and actionable.
Capacity and Readiness Monitoring: Monitor partner consultant bench strength and capacity; identify risks due to insufficient trained consultants or uneven experience.

The base pay range for this position is $94,000- $126,000.
