About the role
- This role requires hands-on sourcing experience, strong analytical and commercial skills, and the ability to guide buyers or analysts supporting category execution.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute category strategies across Marketing, Sales, and G&A categories.
- Lead sourcing activities including RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract support.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to align sourcing work with business needs.
- Manage supplier relationships, track performance, support business reviews, and escalate risks or issues.
- Provide guidance to procurement buyers or analysts and support junior team development.
- Sales: Distribution and channel partners, call centers, customer service, eCommerce support, retail merchandising, field sales activation, and sales enablement tools.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, or supplier management.
- Experience with Marketing and/or indirect procurement categories such as Sales or G&A.
- Experience managing suppliers and tracking performance against KPIs or SLAs.
- Demonstrated ability to execute sourcing events and support negotiations.
- Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
