Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, accurate work while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners throughout the closing process.

Requirements
- All employees are required to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice to have
- Assemble, prepare, review, and verify documents required for loan closings.
- Prepare preliminary settlement statements for lenders.
- Make required revisions for final lender approval and transmit documents to external settlement agents.
- Act as a liaison between title companies, lenders, and borrowers.
- Assist with post-closing CD/ALTA changes and approvals as needed.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of ResWare.

- The Closing Specialist is responsible for assembling, preparing, reviewing, and verifying loan closing documents while ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements. This role manages an active pipeline to ensure transactions are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with established service level agreements.
