- In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our fleet operations, coordinating team efforts both in the warehouse and out in the field, and serving as the local expert to identify and address the unique needs of our riders.
- From ensuring vehicle readiness in the warehouse to supporting seamless customer experiences, you will tackle diverse challenges that define our operational success.
Responsibilities
- Team Development: Onboard, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support staff to ensure efficient deployment and retrieval of shared electric vehicles while fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Performance Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to warehouse leadership on team performance to help drive continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Support: Collaborate with warehouse leadership in their support to the Government Relations team on legal, regulatory, and safety matters as needed.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct and oversee vehicle maintenance and quality checks, manage battery inventory, and ensure vehicles are ready for deployment
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned to support warehouse and field operations which may include safely operating a Lime van

Requirements
- Will be required to safely operate a push cart, pallet jack, and/or forklift to move vehicle inventory.
- As a requirement of this position, a waiver accepting acknowledgement of the Dash Cam in Lime's vehicle must be signed.
Nice to have
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver license and clean driving record
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and [XX] language.
- 1 year of experience in a professional setting (internship, entry-level operations role, or equivalent experience preferred) with exposure to operational processes and workforce management
- Demonstrate a safety-oriented mindset with experience in continuous improvement and addressing day-to-day challenges to improve service quality.
- Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a readiness to take on increasing levels of responsibilities and a commitment to enhancing stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to understand data to assist warehouse leadership with decisions around cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg on a frequent basis.
