About the role
- We're looking for a Survey Manager that will be responsible for leading and delivering safe, accurate, and efficient survey operations across multiple RNGD projects.
- The Survey Project Manager combines field leadership with technical office responsibilities, including calculations, modeling, and data management.
- Project Execution and Planning o Effectively plans and coordinates survey operations to align with project schedules. o Balances field operations with office-based technical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- This role oversees field survey teams, ensures compliance with project requirements, and supports the implementation of design models that bridge the gap between design intent and field execution.

- Leadership and Team Development o Leads and motivates teams to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards. o Provides mentorship and supports growth of survey personnel.
- Communication and Collaboration o Communicates effectively with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders. o Collaborates across disciplines to ensure alignment between design and construction execution
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Geomatics, or related field.
- 10+ years of construction survey experience.
- Proficiency with Trimble Siteworks or Trimble Access.
- Advanced knowledge of GNSS technology, total stations, LiDAR, and drone-based data collection.
- Strong understanding of algebra and geometry for survey calculations.
- Advanced experience with CAD software, including Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
