Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the technical trainer to design and deliver integrated lessons that blend technical content with foundational academic skills and employability competencies
  • Coordinator the instructional flow of class sessions, determining when and how to co-deliver or alternate responsibilities with the technical trainer
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the IET program by providing feedback on curriculum design, instructional practices and materials, and professional development

  • Participate in professional development and training opportunities facilitated by the IET specialist or College and Career Readiness division to build and achieve proficiency in IET methods and strategies
  • Applicants should fully describe their qualifications and experience with specific reference to each of the minimum and preferred qualifications.
  • If the academic credentials cannot be verified, HR will notify the faculty member that an official transcript of their highest degree must be submitted within thirty days of the faculty member's first day of employment.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent training and experience) in Education, TESOL, Adult Education, Literacy, or a related field
