Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and lead Keystone's communications, in alignment with overall marketing and brand objectives
- Partner with the CEO, senior leadership, and editorial leads to align on brand voice, messaging frameworks, and narrative consistency across all internal and external communications
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive PR strategy, including objectives, story placement, press releases, executive visibility, and thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Marketing leadership to support go-to-market initiatives through compelling storytelling, messaging, and collateral development
- Lead the monthly Firm-Wide Update, partnering with Facilities, IT, and senior leaders to deliver polished, engaging, and professional company-wide events
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to deliver a cohesive content strategy across channels (website, blog, social, email, press, internal comms), ensuring cohesive brand voice, clarity, relevance, and impact
- Own crisis communications planning and response, acting as the central point of coordination when situations arise
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and consistency across all communications efforts
- Define goals, metrics, and reporting for communications effectiveness, using insights to continuously optimize performance
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in communications, PR, or brand leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or similar fields, or related experience
- Experience with comms dashboards, reporting, or OKRs
Compensation
- $140,000 - $200,000 USD
