About the role

  • The ideal candidate is an organized operator and a strong collaborator who understands how field marketing accelerates deals.
  • This role requires a balance of strategic coordination and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on pipeline performance, sales partnership, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and BDR leaders to translate GTM priorities into structured field-ready activation plans that drive awareness, meetings, and qualified pipeline.
  • Gather field feedback and continuously refine programs to better support territory bookings goals and deal acceleration.
  • Lead planning and execution for field events and webinars, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong attendance, and meaningful engagement with target accounts.
  • Align event strategies with Sales to support territory priorities and pipeline goals.
  • Report on event outcomes, including engagement trends, lead flow, and pipeline influence.
  • GTM Activation & Launch Support
  • Own recurring GTM programs such as the webinar calendar, sales newsletters, and enablement calls.
  • Deliver programs on time and on budget while maintaining high standards for organization, communication, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years in B2B SaaS field marketing, demand gen, growth marketing, or revenue-focused GTM roles.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for events and tradeshows
  • Proven ability to plan and execute complex field events, webinars, and multi-touch programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems (Salesforce, webinar platforms, event tools).

Nice to have

  • Exposure to ABM programs, target account lists, or territory-based GTM motions.

Compensation

  • The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 USD annually, representing the anticipated base salary range for a full-time, exempt hire.
