About the role

  • This role exists to strengthen the financial partnership between Finance and our practices, helping leaders make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • This role is four (4) days on-site Monday to Thursday with Friday's work from home.

Responsibilities

  • As a Practice Business Partner, you will work closely with operational leaders to translate financial insights into meaningful actions, directly supporting performance, efficiency, and growth across the business.
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Practice Business Partner, you will serve as a key financial partner to practice managers and regional and senior operations leaders.
  • Your analysis and insights will help drive financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making, contributing to the success of both the Finance team and the organization's broader business goals.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess the financial performance of the practices you partner with.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements and efficiency measures.
  • Provide financial analysis and support for business initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects with financial analysis, modeling, and business case development.
  • At least 2 to 3 years experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Partner in a prior finance role
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • You are analytical, curious, and confident working with both numbers and people, and you enjoy influencing outcomes by providing clear, practical financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Support practices by reviewing and responding to dc assist tickets within required SLAs
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems is required

Compensation

  • Support the practices in their annual inventorying process by reviewing counts files and count results and ensuring the counts will meet auditor expectations.
