Responsibilities
- monitoring performance, driving execution on key initiatives, and coordinating with Product, Marketing, Risk, Analytics, Operations and other teams to deliver results.
- Support the Product Leader in shaping the strategy and priorities for the GPCC portfolio.
- Develop and maintain goals and KPIs (e.g., acquisition, activation, spend, balances, losses, economics) for GPCC.
- Build and update financial models and simple business cases to evaluate new features, pricing changes, channels, and offers.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear problem statements, requirements, and work items for Product, Marketing, and other partner teams.
- Coordinate launch readiness across key partners (Product, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Servicing) to ensure smooth delivery and measurement for new initiatives.
- Maintain a simple but visible portfolio/initiative tracker for GPCC.
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to monitor KPIs and dashboards for GPCC performance (e.g., funnel conversion, usage, losses, unit economics).
- Recommend data-driven actions (tests, changes, follow-ups) and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Risk to implement them.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business management, consulting, or analytics, ideally in consumer finance, credit cards, banking, or fintech.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Risk, Analytics, Operations).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complexity into clear narratives and recommendations.
- Experience with credit card products or other revolving credit/lending products.
- Familiarity with credit card lifecycle metrics (acquisition, activation, usage, delinquency, losses).
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (e.g., fintech, startup).
- Prior experience in program management or business operations supporting product or commercial teams.
- Build a strong understanding of GPCC customer segments, use cases and pain points through data, research, and feedback from partner teams.
