About the role

- Stacker Labor Job Description Summary The Stacker Labor employee is responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing packaged product for palletizing and further processing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and organized work areas around stacking and palletizing stations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Must be available to work assigned shifts
- Wear required PPE, including gloves, hairnets, and protective footwear
- MUST BE SAFE AND OBSERVE ALL OF TYSONS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
Nice to have
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior production, packaging, or stacking experience preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing or fresh plant operations a plus

- Ability to follow stacking patterns and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic communication skills
- Strong commitment to safety and food safety standards
- Physical Demands and Work Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and stack product as required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to work in cold, wet, or humid conditions typical of a fresh plant environment
