AMP Robotics is hiring a maintenance supervisor to lead a maintenance team while also supporting the maintaining, modifying, and improving of all equipment at AMP's facility.
Demonstrate and lead the department in a commitment to safe behavior and to making the plant a safer place to work. Support/drive hazard identification, risk assessments, and risk control efforts.
Maintain the spare parts inventory based on critical need and part lead time.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment. Preserve uptime and increase equipment reliability through continuous improvement and preventive maintenance.
Work collaboratively with the plant manager to supervise project initiatives and development activities to support changing plant needs while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

The ability to stand, climb, bend, twist, and lift equipment and tools.
The ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Overtime and call-in work may be required.

Five (5) or more years of experience as a certified maintenance mechanic lead or supervisor.

Machines including, but not limited to, forklift, baler, wheel loader
Tools including, but not limited to, welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
Potential exposure to extreme weather conditions.
includes machines, tools, trucks, dust, fumes, and odors.

The candidate selected for this role will be recommended for a stock option grant commensurate with the position and the candidate's qualifications.
The company covers up 78% to 100% of the premium for Cigna medical healthcare plans depending on the selection.
