  • AMP Robotics is hiring a maintenance supervisor to lead a maintenance team while also supporting the maintaining, modifying, and improving of all equipment at AMP's facility.
  • Demonstrate and lead the department in a commitment to safe behavior and to making the plant a safer place to work. Support/drive hazard identification, risk assessments, and risk control efforts.
  • Maintain the spare parts inventory based on critical need and part lead time.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment. Preserve uptime and increase equipment reliability through continuous improvement and preventive maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with the plant manager to supervise project initiatives and development activities to support changing plant needs while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • The ability to stand, climb, bend, twist, and lift equipment and tools.
  • The ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Overtime and call-in work may be required.

Nice to have

  • Five (5) or more years of experience as a certified maintenance mechanic lead or supervisor.

Skills

  • Machines including, but not limited to, forklift, baler, wheel loader
  • Tools including, but not limited to, welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Potential exposure to extreme weather conditions.

Compensation

  • $40.00 - $44.00 per hour
