Responsibilities
- Change locks, complete punch lists, and support preventive maintenance
Requirements
- Ability to complete work orders and unit turns efficiently
- Valid driver's license/reliable transportation (required for on-call rotation )
Nice to have
- HVAC certification (EPA) is a plus
Compensation
- Competitive pay $22 - $24 / hr
