About the role
- Our two primary products - BlinkRx and Quick Save - remove traditional roadblocks within the current prescription supply chain, resulting in better access to critical medications and improved health outcomes for patients.
- BlinkRx is the world's first pharma-to-patient cloud that offers a digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications.
- With BlinkRx, never again will a patient show up at the pharmacy only to discover that they can't afford their medication, their doctor needs to fill out a form for them, or the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in stock.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Pharmacists, to ensure the delivery of top-tier care for our patients and clients.
- Drive hiring efforts, ensuring selection of qualified candidates who align with company culture and operational standards.
- Monitor and manage workflow queues to ensure timely and accurate resolution of tasks.
- Identify operational challenges and implement innovative, data-driven solutions to optimize team and queue performance and productivity.
- Deliver exceptional service and patient satisfaction by owning and solving all escalated patient concerns.
- Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, including managing a team of 10 or more people.
- Skillful communicator and demonstrated ability to connect with patients, colleagues, and management.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing performance metrics and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Nice to have
- Active PA Pharmacist License in good standing and unrestricted with the Board of Pharmacy.
- Licensure in any other state(s) preferred
- obtain additional pharmacist licensure as required.
