About the role
- Train, supervise, and evaluate Instructional Assistants (PT and Temp) in the administration of placement, diagnostic, academic and high stakes tests.
- Understand and assure that FERPA policy is followed by staff.
- Assure that the site is compliant with the latest version of placement testing preparation/resources, and that the placement testing process is properly communicated to students.

- Confirm Managers, Dean of Students, Instructors, and/or testing vendors are provided with the required documentation outlining testing violations.
