Responsibilities

  • Manage residential real estate transactions from opening through closing, funding, and disbursement.
  • Serve as a trusted neutral third party between buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate professionals, and other transaction partners.
  • Lead, coach, train, and support branch employees.
  • Prepare branch reports and support operational reviews or audits.
  • Lead by example and help create a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership, management, team lead, or supervisory experience.

Requirements

  • You are a proven Escrow Officer who understands how to successfully guide a transaction from opening through closing.

Compensation

  • $21.98 - $29.30 Hourly
  • This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
