About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team.
- Your expertise will ensure a seamless and efficient implementation of Artisight's solutions into clients' environments, while also providing high-level guidance to junior engineers and collaborating with both internal and external teams.
- This is a client-facing implementation role, not a DevOps or SRE position.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of implementation projects, providing end-to-end technical leadership and support from initiation through go-live and handoff to client operational teams.
- Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams, including DevOps, Service Desk, and engineering, to ensure smooth implementation and transition to production.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, problem resolution, and technical support during implementation and post-sale phases.
- Lead technical presentations, training sessions, and knowledge transfer with clients, resellers, and internal teams.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, guiding best practices and ensuring quality standards throughout the implementation process.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, setting realistic expectations, tracking progress, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to set expectations, manage competing stakeholder demands, and maintain focus on long-term client success.
- Self-driven and collaborative, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead the gathering, analysis, and specification of technical requirements with clients to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of enterprise IT experience with a proven track record of leading complex, client-facing technical implementations.
- Experience with Python scripting or similar automation tools, and Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
