About the role
- The Senior Product Readiness Manager is the point person for understanding and driving readiness of change that is occurring within Workiva AI and Data Management and explaining that impact within CPX and the roles within the org.
- Responsible for highly complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation, analysis, collaboration, innovation, problem solving, judgment, decision making and influencing others.
Responsibilities
- Leads CPX teams and is responsible for holding the team accountable to timelines, and deliverables
- Manages launch documentation and reporting. Also responsible for the creation of documentation and reporting templates as needed
- Communicates and manages launch scope, risks, issues, strategic milestones, deliverables and issues effectively to CPX Stakeholders and Director. Forecasts project needs and resources well in advance
- Ensures CPX Stakeholders are fully enabled when the launch is in Limited Availability and progressing to General Availability. Post General Availability, maintains a high level oversight to adjustments as needed
- Leads development and delivery of internal training and enablement, creates and analyzes reporting, and develops best practices for assigned areas
- Drives Launch Management process improvements by identifying project gaps, gathering stakeholder input, and producing/refining documentation
- Collaborates with leadership on direction, expectations and timeline; the individual operates independently to deliver on objectives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience required
Nice to have
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Prince2, PMP, or other PM certification preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders

Skills

Compensation
- ✅ Salary range in the US: $106,000.00 - $172,000.00 ✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
