About the role

  • Materials, including gloves and wipes, will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • include: Provide instructional, behavioral, and/or physical support to individual students or small groups, including on-task prompting, social skills development, and self-care assistance.
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups to provide targeted academic and behavioral support.
  • Assist students in developing organizational, communication, problem-solving, and independent living skills.
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, specialists, and school administrators to support student success.

  • Work will be in a classroom with higher need students and will provide behavioral support in the classroom and instruction in language acquisition.

  • Some push-in support to specials Employees will need to assist students with toileting.
