About the role
- Tombras, a 450+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Paid Search Manager.

Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize paid search and YouTube campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.
- Manage and improve campaign performance across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, Local, Shopping, and App campaigns, where applicable.
- Develop tactical paid search media plans, budget recommendations, and weekly/monthly performance reporting for assigned accounts.
- Own campaign setup, bid strategy management, budget pacing, optimization, and quality control across multiple brands and verticals.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to recommend landing page strategy and conversion rate optimization opportunities.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly pacing to ensure campaigns deliver against budget and performance goals.
- Implement and test strategies designed to improve leads, sales, ROAS, and overall client outcomes across multiple accounts.
- Collaborate with the broader Tombras Search team to ensure alignment with client goals, KPIs, reporting frameworks, timelines, and overall media strategy.
- Support the training and development of analysts and strategists by sharing knowledge, best practices, and platform expertise.
Requirements
- 3+ years of paid search experience within an advertising agency or similar fast-paced performance marketing environment.
- Experience across a range of campaign types, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display, Local, Shopping, and App campaigns.
- Working knowledge of measurement and tracking solutions, including pixels, Google Enhanced Conversions, call tracking, and offline conversion imports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with lead generation and ecommerce performance programs.
- Familiarity with bid automation, value-based bidding, and advanced audience strategies.

Nice to have
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with working knowledge of Search Ads 360 preferred.
- Google Ads certification required
