About the role
- As a Bartender, you are an integral member of our Food & Beverage team, working collaboratively to provide seamless, attentive service for both our exclusive summer private events and winter dining operations.

Responsibilities
- Join the Stratton Mountain Club team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences through expert cocktail craftsmanship and outstanding hospitality.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members and repeat guests, recognizing preferences and anticipating needs.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures; maintain facility cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40lbs.
- Must be organized, be able to multitask and be able to make quick independent decisions.
- Ability to remain calm during stressful situations and adapt well to many different situations and changes.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown and other Food and Beverage operational needs, as required.
- This position will be required to weekends and holidays.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
Nice to have
- Possesses a proficient knowledge of wine, beer & liquor quality.
- Background of inventory management, a plus.
