- Triage & Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for contract intake, routing complex legal edits to Legal counsel and financial discrepancies to Finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain meticulous record-keeping within our CRM system, ensuring all metadata fields (e.g., expiration dates, auto-renewal clauses, financial obligations, etc.) are highly accurate.
- Identify bottlenecks in the current intake-to-execution pipeline and implement system enhancements or automated workflows to reduce contract turnaround time.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking operational metrics such as contract cycle times, bottleneck stages, and contract volumes by territory/regions.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume commercial agreements (including NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and amendments).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, procurement, or commercial deal desk operations (preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- ability to analyze contract data, construct pivot tables, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to independently steer process-improvement projects from concept to completion.
