About the role

As a member of the Studio Ops Crew you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service and hospitality to all of Open's clients.
As a member of the Events Crew you'll be responsible for delivering operational excellence during our off-site events.
This position is primarily focused on Beach Breathwork happening bi-weekly on Sunday's and we will be expanding our off-site events schedule in the coming months.

Perform various services and tasks related to the studio schedule and point of sale systems, including: client check in, membership sales, retail sales, scheduling, and client account maintenance
Perform opening, mid-day and closing duties while adhering to the guidelines and procedures established by Open
Clean and maintain all common areas, including: front desk, retail, locker room, bathrooms, showers, sauna, and cold plunge
