About the role

Title: Project Accountant II Location: Houston, TX Job Type: Regular Full-time What's the Opportunity?
The Project Accountant II primary responsibilities include coordinating with project managers and clients on invoicing, and maintaining projects, contracts, and sub-contracts in our project management/accounting systems.

Provide administrative support, such as file management, copying, scanning, and uploading sensitive correspondence, and meeting facilitation
A desire to learn about environmental science and the engineering industry as well as to develop your project accounting skills to have a positive impact on client satisfaction and the success of the work we perform

4-6 years of billing/project accounting experience with a professional service firm, contractor, or other service-based organizations

Experience billing local government contracts, time and materials, cost reimbursable and fixed fee projects in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a plus
Experience with BST Global ERP or similar cost accounting systems is a plus
