About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead by example and inspire collaboration, accountability, and a client-focused mindset.
- Marketing: Build Sense Engineering's brand through exceptional partner engagement.
- Manage restoration projects from initial design phase to completion.
- Lead proposal development, including scope definition, fee estimation, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Prepare detailed restoration design, including scopes of work, specifications, and drawings.
- Chair client meetings and communicate design updates, changes, and key project milestones to contractors and other engineering and architectural disciplines.
- Manage the tendering process and oversee contract administration, including bid preparation, contractor selection, and review of invoices and change orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university Minimum 5 years of Building Envelope and/or Structural Restoration experience.
- Proven ability to apply project management principles, from strategic planning and budgeting to resource allocation and scope control.
