Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain comprehensive market knowledge on locomotive technology and technology progression to build strong competitive analysis on the industry's best practices and competitors.
  • Develop a product roadmap that outlines the product's features, enhancements, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborating with various teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for new product releases.
  • Creating marketing plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and sales.
  • Analyzing product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the product's performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably with products relating to IoT, telematics and/ or monitoring systems
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields
  • Proven experience in successfully carrying products through concept to launch in the entire product life cycle
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Previous experience in the locomotive industry would be considered an asset

Compensation

  • The expected annual base salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000 CDN.
