Requirements
- Candidates should bring a strong background in engineering or technical product management with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Textile, or Paper Science Engineering
- or commensurate experience in the paper industry..
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in industrial textiles, papermaking fabrics, filtration media, technical textiles, or related engineered products is required.
- Experience supporting customer trials and analyzing performance data, strong financial acumen related to pricing and margin analysis, and proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools.
Skills
- This position is responsible for managing the full product life cycle-from concept through launch and eventual phase‑out.
