About the role

This is our first dedicated marketing hire - a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of our growth strategy.
You will operate as a hands-on leader - identifying what needs to be done, bringing structure to how marketing operates, and executing against it.

The total base salary range for this role is $107,000 - $144,000 annually, with opportunity for a discretionary bonus.

We are hiring a Director of Marketing to build Zipliens' marketing function from the ground up.
You'll shape how we engage clients, support new business development, break into new verticals, and bring new go-to-market strategies to life as the business scales.
This isn't a support role; it's a meaningful opportunity to shape how Zipliens shows up in the market.
You'll be responsible for building the foundation of our marketing function, using the right mix of tools, systems, and external support to scale impact over time.
