Configure and manage Microsoft 365 (M365) applications and services, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and Outlook. · Support client migrations from on-premises systems to M365. · Enhance security by managing identities and access, implementing threat detection and response, and overseeing data retention. · Implement and manage virtual environments for desktops and servers. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues with client systems and infrastructure. · Configure and manage enterprise applications. · Define and implement governance and policy changes. · Automate Office 365 processes using PowerShell, with potential reuse of ISD solutions. · Conduct application and workload migrations. · Ensure data protection, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and SharePoint security measures.
