About the role
- Greenhouse is hiring a Product Manager to join our tight-knit Product team.
- As we continue to expand Greenhouse's product offerings, your role will be important to ensure success throughout the company.
- We have a small team and dislike bureaucracy - you'll make a big impact here.
Responsibilities
- Lead individual features from idea to release
- You will brainstorm new features with the Design and Engineering team, guide them through the development process, and serve as an important point of contact for Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- You'll keep projects on track and drive real change in how we work.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- The ability to quickly switch between problems and tasks - being comfortable with interruptions is a requirement
